PROFILE
 Striker Craig Lindfield made the move to Melwood from the
Academy in the summer of 2006 to train full-time with the reserve team squad, under the
watchful eye of Gary Ablett.
Wirral born Lindfield was one of the heroes of the Liverpool FA Youth Cup winning
squad of 2006 when he scored seven goals during the run.
Lindfield has pace and certainly knows where the goal is and he is still eligible
to play for the Under-18 Academy team in 2006/2007.
He made his first team debut in the pre-season friendly with Crewe Alexandra in
July 2006 and scored a superb goal in the 1-0 win.
