PROFILE
John's 11 league appearances for Liverpool all came in the 1912-13 season. He
actually scored on his debut against Oldham and played in the first 6 matches before
losing his place. He wasn't recalled until March 1913 and played a further 5 games before
the end of the season. Tosswill died only 24 years of age, on 28th of September 1915,
following an operation. |
