PROFILE
A Bournemouth legend who scored 9 goals for Bournemouth in a 11-0 FA Cup win vs.
Margate in November 1971. His goalscoring exploits in the 4th and 3rd division earned him
a transfer to top flight's Manchester United, where he struggled to impose himself. He
resurrected his career at Southampton and Norwich where he lead the scoring charts in the
first division with 23 goals. He scored 256 goals in 535 league games.
